    • Travel Beyond 20-Mile Radius: While our standard service area covers a 20-mile radius, we are happy to travel further to bring our walls to your event location. Additional fees may apply for extended distances.

    Initial Payment

    To secure your event date, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required. This payment is crucial as it reserves the date specifically for your event, ensuring no other bookings are accepted during your chosen time.

    Deposit Terms

    - Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover any preparation and opportunity costs associated with holding the date for you.

    - Transferable: In the rare event that unforeseen circumstances occur, your deposit can be transferred to another date. This flexibility ensures that you do not lose your deposit if rescheduling becomes necessary.

    Final Payment

    The remaining balance of your total fee is due one week prior to the event date. This timeline allows us to finalize all preparations and ensure everything is set for your event without any last-minute financial concerns.
